SUHR CLASSIC S ROASTED SELECT

The Suhr Classic S Roasted Select guitars are a collaboration between Humbucker Music and Suhr and is available in very limited numbers. Only 45 will be available in total.

Side Note:  We thought about calling this run the "Classic Flame Roasted Select" but it sounded too much like an Arby's sandwich, so we dropped the "Flamed". 😉

Starting with the highly regarded Classic S, and building on the massive success of the Classic Roasted Limited run, we added several significant upgrades such as a roasted alder body, and a roasted flamed maple neck. Aesthetically, we chose both aged green and tortoise shell pick guards, and raw nickel covers for the HSS models.

Each is built with a two-piece roasted alder body. Alder is known for its rich low and mid-range tonal qualities as well as its lighter overall weight, especially when roasted. This body is finished with an ultra "Thin Skin" urethane, allowing for the wood to resonate freely while still providing plenty of protection.

The neck features a vintage 60's C shape with medium stainless steel frets. The frets feature rolled edges and a 9"-12" compound radius. Pickups are Suhr V60LP's in the neck and middle, and either the same in the bridge, or a Raw Nickle SSV on HSS models.

These guitars are expected to arrive around February of 2020.
