Vintage Sound Amps
Vintage Sound Amps produces some of the best Blackface tone you can find in the boutique amp market. These amps are all based on a classic Blackface circuit, but with Vintage Sound's own custom modifications. Rick Hayes uses the best component available in his designs with an all hand-wired construction. These amps use carbon comp resistors, Orange Drop tone caps, solid core pushback wire and custom hand wound transformers. Even the cabinets are constructed with quality in mind, using fine pine and dove-tail joints.
The Vintage 15 is a handwired 15 Watt 6V6 Based Amp based on the Fender Princeton Reverb Black Face circuitry.
The Vintage 20 is a slightly increased headroom version of the Vintage 15. You can also use 6L6's for a different tone.
The NEW 22SC is the amp Leo Fender should have built, based on the 2nd channel of the 65 Fender Deluxe Reverb!
You asked for it, and here it is! A higher headroom, 6L6 version of the much loved Vintage 22sc. Bias points are now standard!
The Vintage 22 is a Dual Channel 22 Watt 6V6 Based Amp, modeled after the 60's era Fender Deluxe Reverb.
The Vintage 35 is a Dual Channel 35 Watt 6L6 Based Amp, modeled after the 60's era Fender 1x12 Vibrolux.
We're very excited about this! Another Humbucker Music exclusive amp that Leo never built but should've. You have to see this!
