Carol-Ann Amplifiers warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in new (not used) Carol-Ann Custom Amplifiers Products purchased from an authorized dealer.
Warranty for Amps - 2 years
Enclosures - 2 years
Power Tubes - 6 Months
Preamp Tubes - 12 Months
What Carol-Ann Amps does not cover:
(1) Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, rental, product modification or neglect.
(2) The cost of shipping for the product to be returned to Carol-Ann Custom Amplifiers.
(3) Damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Carol-Ann Custom Amplifiers.
(4) Products on which the serial number has been altered defaced or removed;
