Debuting in 1968, the Telecaster Thinline was born out of necessity, eventually becoming a vaunted take on the classic profile. We're impressed with the Fender Custom Shop's attention to detail, down to the bass-side's f-hole, and hollow "wings", delivering a warm resonance with great projection. All hand-selected, 2A birdseye maple comprises the neck and the fingerboard is constructed from 3A Rosewood sporting a versatile, '60s-style Oval C profile, great for players of all backgrounds and comfortable in hand. The 22 narrow-tall frets sprawl a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard, giving you plenty of room to rock. For the hallmark Thinline sound with modern flare, the choice is obvious. Also includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
