Fano GF6 Guitar in Bull Black
- DESCRIPTION
Drawing inspiration from the short-lived Fender Starcaster that was manufactured between 1974-1982, Fano's newest model the GF6 was born. In true Fano fashion the model features elements of the original design that has become highly sought after by collectors while still adding a bit of their own pizzazz.
The model features a semi-hollow body with a carved top made out of maple or swamp ash depending on the model. This type of construction enhances the natural resonance of the body while still allowing the guitar to be played at stage volumes without feedback. Like many of the other Fano models the GF6 comes stock with two Fralin P-90's which we find are perfectly voiced for this type of guitar. All and all the GF6 is perfect blend of features and an absolute blast to play, but then again would you expect anything less from Fano?
