Two-Rock Frequently
Asked
Questions
We're
in the process of
putting together a FAQ for Two-Rock Amplifiers. Check back
often if you
have questions as we will always be adding information to this page as
needed. As always, you can call us at (706) 866-2161 if
you have any questions that aren't answered here.
What is the
Two-Rock Warranty?
Two-Rock
Amplifiers are truly built to last. They are commited to
their policy of overseeing the production and quality control
of nearly every component used in every amplifier, from the chassis and
cabinet to the transformers and controls. While this commitment to
quality assurance results in a slightly higher retail price,
Two-Rock feels that this level of control is needed to
guarantee that their amps outlive and outperform every other amp on the
market- while simultaneously surpassing your expectations of durability
and reliability, and delivering the incredible palette of tonal options
you've come to expect from Two-Rock.
Every Two-Rock amplifier is
warranted for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non
transferable.
It covers everything, except tubes, which carry a 90 day
warranty. It does not cover the cost of getting your amp to us
for service, or us getting it back to you. Two-Rock will
always do their best to return your amp, repaired, in
the shortest time possible. They will also make every effort
to troubleshoot any amp by phone or email, and in many cases we can
avoid unnecessarily shipping an amp for service when the issue proves
to be a minor one. They are available by phone and email to
answer any and all maintenance and service questions you may have, so
feel free to contact Two-Rock if you need assistance at (707) 584-8662.
What
are all the differences between the Jet, Studio Pro, and Gainmaster
series?
First
of all, the Jet, Jet Signature, and Studio Pro are either going away or
changing names. The Jet is being replaced with a 22 watt only
version called the Jet 22. It will not be able to run 6L6's
like it's predecessor (in other words, get the last ones while you
can!).
The
Jet Signature is being replaced with the Jet 35 Signature.
It's exactly the same except the newer one will have a 16 ohm speaker
output and "Pull Bypass" and "Pull Lead" knobs not found on the former.
The
Studio Pro is being renamed the Studio Pro 35, and is exactly the same,
just a new name.
We're
putting together info as it comes in. So far, we have the
following:
