Orange wanted to produce an amplifier that would not only provide that ‘Retro’ Orange sound, but sounds that have never been heard from an Orange amp before. The Rockerverb delivers ultra high levels of gain, superb bell like Reverb and is fitted with a valve driven effects loop. Unlike many of their contemporaries, the Rockerverb as indeed all Orange valve amps is 100% valve driven and is completely transistor free. Controls1. Clean - Volume, Bass, Treble. 2 stages of all valve tone with interactive bass and treble controls, clean to light crunch achievable. 2. Dirty - Gain, Bass, Middle, Treble. 4 stages of all valve overdrive. Goes from crystal clean through many shades of vintage British to full on overdrive that provides controlled feedback at any volume level. 3. Reverb - Valve driven, valve returned spring reverb with accutronics 3 spring tank. 4. F.X. Loop - Valve buffered, valve returned F.X. Loop that sounds great with all good delays etc. 5. Footswitches - Use standard Orange footswitch to switch channels. Also (if desired) use another Orange footswitch to switch the reverb on and off. Tubes
