Mesa Boogie Transatlantic TA-15 Head
Humbucker Music has sold a TON of these small frame "lunchbox" amplifiers. As the largest Orange Amps dealer in the country, we literally sold hundreds of the Tiny Terror. We also went through a high number of Vox Night Train amps. Well, the TransAtlantic is honestly in a class by itself.
Made right here in the USA, the Mesa TransAtlantic TA-15 is Boogie's contrabution to the micro amp world. They may be a little late to the game, but we have to admit, it was worth the wait!
With the Mesa Boogie Transatlantic, you get three power selections. A 5 watt single-ended Class A, 15 watt Class A, and 25 watts of Mesa's patented Dyna-Watt power.
The Channel Modes start off with lower gain NORMAL and higher gain classic versions of the iconic TOP BOOST sound in Channel 1, which includes a clever Pull MASTER on the CUT control that can be Hard Bypassed for those wanted a straight signal. The 2nd channel houses three Modes; a beautiful "tweed" clean, a British higher gain in HI 1, and that good old classic Boogie Lead in HI 2.
The
TA-15 comes with a really nice padeed gigbag that has room for the
power cable and included footswitch.
