Dr Scientist Frazz Dazzler Distortion Pedal
The
Dr. Scientist Frazz Dazzler is an analog distortion pedal that offers
up an enormous, musical, unruly fuzz that will make others shudder. The
controls offer up a selection of sound ranging from a low / medium gain
fuzz with no gate to a high gain, gated fuzz for pure sonic destruction.
Controls:
Toggle Switch:
This allows you to switch between a low to medium gain fuzz and a high gain all out fuzz.
Gain:
This controls the amount of distortion / fuzz entered into your signal.
Sizzle:
The controls the amount of treble content that is in the effected signal path.
Volume:
Controls the output of the effected signal.
Mix:
This allows you to blend the amount of the pedals signal you introduce into your signal path.
The jack on the side of the pedal is designed to connect an expression pedal so you can control the mix knob on the fly! The best value for the expression pedal is around 50k ohms (will operate with ones that are more or less) and needs to be connected with a TRS style cable.
