CHATTANOOGA AREA GUITAR LESSONS

Humbucker Music has been providing music lessons in the Chattanooga area since 2001 and has taught hundreds of students.   Our newly constructed facility contains a purpose built music school with spacious sound proof rooms and a fully furnished comfortable sitting area for parents, spouses, etc.  We also provide WI-FI Internet for those waiting.

We are conveniently located right off the I-75 East Ridge exit, at the corner of Mack Smith Road and Direct Connection Dr, just behind JD Kinder Furniture Mall.

Want to earn a little extra this month?  Get a $10 credit at Humbucker Music for each registered student you refer from now till the end of the month.  The student must be new to the Humbucker Music lesson program and must mention the referrer upon registration.  No exceptions.

TUITION & SCHEDULING

Lessons are $80 per every 4 lessons.  Payment must be made in advance upon end of 4th lesson of each period.  In order to maintain consistency for the students, a time slot is reserved for each student upon entering the lesson program and the appointment is scheduled for the same day and time each week.  

The student is required to provide his/her own instrument. Additional items needed are:

• Guitar tuner (Korg CA-40 or TM-40 recommended)
• Chord book
• Guitar picks
• Spiral notebook
• Guitar cable (for electric guitar only)

MISSED LESSONS

• Should you need to miss a lesson, please notify us as soon as possible!   Make-up lessons will be given at no additional charge with 24 hours advance notice.
• Make-up lessons will be given only at times and dates within the teacher's normal teaching schedule or can be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.
• Make-up lessons are limited to two in any four-month period (this does not include any lessons rescheduled by the teacher).
• The lesson is considered forfeited if the student misses a make-up lesson for any reason.
• If less than 24 hours notice is given, a makeup lesson will only be given at the discretion of the teacher and only with an acceptable excuse from the student (e.g., medical emergency or illness).  In either case, we must be notified before the lesson.
• No refunds will be given for missed lessons.  Missed lessons will not "roll-over" to the next month.  If no notice is given before a lesson is missed, that lesson will be forfeited.

ICLEMENT WEATHER

Humbucker Music teachers follow Catoosa County School’s decision on school closings.  We can reschedule as needed.

HOLIDAYS  

If the lesson falls on a holiday, the lesson will be added to the end of the period and not forfeited.  Alternatively, the student may choose to reschedule to a different time slot that week if an opening is available.

Punctuality is a must!  There are other students with scheduled appointments, therefore lessons begin and end at noted time, with or without a students presence.
